You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the transfer time by e-mailing to info@istanbulelitetransfer.com. In case the transfer is paid in advance via Credit Card, your payment will be refunded without a penalty. If the cancellation will be made less than 4 hours before your transfer time, no refund will be given.
