Before you book

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes. Please let us know the number of the pick up/drop off locations and the exact addresses in advance. Additional charge will be applied accordingly.

Can I smoke in the car?

No, in compliance with Turkey laws, Istanbul Elite Transfer operates a strict non-smoking policy in all their vehicles.

Can you do hotel to hotel transfers?

Can you do tours and large itinerary bookings?

How do I make a booking on your website?

Preferably via our “Instant Fare Quote” booking engine, or through you can contact our office via Online Chat or call on +90-541 388 34 66 or write to our whatsapp number.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can either make a cash payment or credit card payment.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Is your company licensed and fully insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed. We do hold full public liability insurance. However, we recommend that you hold a valid insurance policy for the duration of your trip.

What happens after I make a reservation?

After you have completed your booking, you will soon receive a confirmation e-mail, containing your reservation details. Please check it and contact us in case there is any mistaken detail that needs to be corrected. Istanbul Elite Transfer cannot be held responsible for errors in service due to incorrect information provided at time of booking.

What if I miss my flight?

If you miss your flight, please contact our office via Online Chat or call on +90-541 388 34 66 or write to our whatsapp number and let us know. In that case, if you have made the payment by credit card, we secure that service to be used for another date.

 

Where and when will I meet the driver on departure?

The booking procedure will automatically calculate an approximate collection time for your departure, so when booking, please make sure that you entered the exact flight departure time.

In case you want to change your pick up time, please send us the new pick up time and your reservation will be updated your accordingly.

Our driver will be waiting you at the lobby of the hotel which you have told us.

Will I be dropped and picked up at my accommodation?

Yes. We provide door to door private transfer service. So we will transfer you to the door of your hotel or accommodation address. Please note that there are some occasions such as road closures it may not be possible. In that case, you will be dropped and collected from the nearest accessible point.

Will you meet us anytime of day or night?

Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.

Before you travel

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes. Please contact our office via Online Chat or call on +90-541 388 34 66 or write to our whatsapp number and let us know the number of new visitors in advance. Additional charge will be applied accordingly.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If for any reason, you are unable to find your name,Please contact our office via Online Chat or call on +90-541 388 34 66 or write to our whatsapp number while you are still at the exit.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the transfer time by e-mailing to [email protected]. In case the transfer is paid in advance via Credit Card, your payment will be refunded without a penalty. If the cancellation will be made less than 4 hours before your transfer time, no refund will be given.

What happens if I haven’t received confirmation and my transfer is imminent?

This could be due to a number of reasons, most commonly a misspelt email address.

What happens if my journey details change?

If your journey details change prior to departure, simply contact our office via Online Chat or call on +90-541 388 34 66 or write to our whatsapp number or email us at [email protected] with your new details and your booking will be updated accordingly. Please note that some changes in the original booking may cause an increase in price if new journey involves a change in number of passengers, the airport, the destination etc.

What if my flight is delayed, early or cancelled?

If your flight is delayed, early or cancelled, please contact our office via Online Chat or call on +90-541 388 34 66 or write to our whatsapp number and let us know. If you are travelling on a connecting flight, and the first flight is delayed, early or cancelled, you need to advise of your new arrival details to ensure we are informed and able to reschedule your transport. Failure to advise of cancelled or rescheduled flights may result in transport being provided according to original details on the booking. In this instance, Istanbul Elite Transfer cannot be held responsible, and no refund is possible.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

After finishing the passport control procedures and getting your luggage, please look for your name written on a sign at the arrival exit.

The “Meet & Greet” service is where the driver parks his car and enters the airport terminal holding a sign with your name on it.

This service is included on our journeys as standard for Istanbul Elite Transfer guests.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?

No, we will track your plane’s progress when it is in the air.
